At Mutual Support, we take complaints very seriously and will do our utmost to resolve all complaints and concerns with our customers using our resolution process.

Once we received your formal complaint, we will immediately investigate your concerns and submit case details to your lender for an outcome. We endeavour to respond to you within 1 – 3 business days with an outcome.
