At Mutual Support, we take complaints very seriously and will do our utmost to resolve all complaints and concerns with our customers using our resolution process.

 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your loan or loan service, please contact our Resolution Team by completing the form below, call 02 8015 8968 or email us at Resolution@mutualsupport.com.au

 

Once we received your formal complaint, we will immediately investigate your concerns and submit case details to your lender for an outcome. We endeavour to respond to you within 1 – 3 business days with an outcome.
